Unyielding Safety Standards
Unlike other firms that force a predetermined level of safety standard on their clients (or worse yet, have no standards at all), Private Jet Services Group clients have the freedom and flexibility to fly only with specifically-rated operators and equipment.
For example, for many clients, flying with ARG/US Gold and Platinum-rated operators is perfectly adequate. However, some clients demand an ARG/US Platinum rating, Wyvern Wingman status, or other safety standards based on their level of comfort and sophistication.
At Private Jet Services Group, we maintain detailed account profiles for each client, documenting client-specific safety standards so we can present only the most relevant flight options to our clients.
Real Time Auditing with ARG/US Trip CHEQ
The ARG/US TripCHEQ system provides charter customers with a comprehensive analysis of a company’s credentials specific to a trip. Prior to the trip, PJS will enter four pieces of information about your trip, and engage the resources of the largest aviation safety database in the world. The TripCHEQ system tracks pilot certifications, type ratings, accidents, incidents, violations, operator certificates, and operational control of aircraft.
An ARG/US TripCHEQ analyzes the following:
- Operational control of the flight. This assures that your flight has not been brokered to another operator without your knowledge.
- The Charter Company’s overall safety record
- The pilots experience in type, certifications and type ratings
- The pilots' record of accidents, incidents, and enforcement actions
What are the results of a TripCheq?
- Green: Operator is ARGUS Gold, Gold+, or Platinum rated, pilots are typed and certified and properly experienced and the aircraft has no major accident or maintenance history.
- Yellow: Something is missing or un-verified, ARGUS analysts will contact the operator on your behalf and either obtain the necessary information or let you know what is missing.
- Red: There is a known deficiency or operator is unwilling to disclose information.
Upon request, PJS will run a TripCHEQ prior to the trip and provide results prior to departure, providing for total peace of mind
