Private Jet Services Group’s Live Entertainment Touring Program provides VIP aircraft and dedicated flight concierge to entertainment professionals. PJS will ensure you arrive to your destination safely and on time.

PJS’s Entertainment Touring provides a Concierge Service Specialist for each trip to work directly with our clients’ travel department regarding reservations/manifest coordination, customized catering, corporate client branding, on-board entertainment, customs, immigration, and ground transfers, as well as vehicle ramp access for door-to-door service simplifying your transition from venue to aircraft.

PJS’s contingency planning policy is to always have a minimum of two contingency plans in place for this program. Plans include PJS continually tracking all aircraft involved in this program and all associated sister aircraft. From 7-days prior to the first departure, PJS is in contact with all secondary aircraft operators on a daily basis to track and identify the closest suitable replacement aircraft.

PJS closely tracks and monitors every aircraft involved with a program 24 hours a day using a flight tracking system that identifies aircraft by their specific registration. We are in constant contact with the aircraft’s dispatch before and throughout the duration of the flight. If an unforeseen interruption were to take place, the on-site PJS representative will work with you to analyze all contingency options available including aircraft substitution if necessary.
